Raja Warring writes to Punjab DGP amid action against Amritpal Singh and his associates
Chandigarh: Punjab Congress Committee president Amrinder Singh Raja Warring has written a letter to the Punjab DGP. He also asked a DGP to highlight the growing concern about a large number of youth being caught in Punjab and being supporters of Amritpal Singh.
In the letter, Amarinder Singh Raja Warring said the Punjab Congress does not support any leniency towards anti-national elements but a soft approach is needed for the rehabilitation of these misguided youth.
Raja Warring said that action should be taken against those who do anti-national work but ordinary Sikhs should not be harassed. “I had already said that there is a need to keep an eye on the activities of Amritpal Singh.
