Accused Fauji’s bail application rejected

The court has made important observations while rejecting the bail application of Fauji Sanjeev Singh, including an MBA student, in an objectionable video case related to Chandigarh University (CU), Punjab. 

Judicial Magistrate of Kharar Court has said on the application of Sanjeev Singh that such an act by a soldier is unacceptable. A soldier gets immense respect in the society including the country and all over the world.

The court said that it is expected by society that a soldier will ever commit such a crime. The act done by the soldier in this case is against the entire women’s society. As such the accused is not entitled to bail.

The court found that the accused Fauji Sanjeev Singh is the main accused in the case. He wanted to get objectionable photos/videos of students of Chandigarh University, Ghaduan through the accused student. At the same time, it has also been revealed in the investigation that he had also sent the objectionable photo of the accused student to his father and aunt. 

Police said that accused soldier used to ask him to send nude photos.
