NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court on Tuesday granted the Enforcement Directorate (ED) a “last chance” to present its arguments in the plea challenging the bail granted to former chief minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal in the 2021-22 excise policy money laundering case.
During the hearing, Kejriwal’s counsel strongly objected to the repeated adjournments sought by the agency.
The lawyer told the court that this was the ninth time the ED had asked for more time to argue the matter, causing unnecessary delay in the proceedings.
The court has now listed the case for further hearing on November 10.
