New Delhi: Delhi was ranked the sixth most polluted city in India in October, surpassing its neighbouring cities Ghaziabad and Noida, according to a monthly report released today by the Centre for Research on Energy and Clean Air (CREA).
The report named Haryana’s Dharuhera as the most polluted city in the country for the month. It also highlighted that air quality across India is rapidly deteriorating, particularly in the National Capital Region, with Delhi’s pollution levels three times higher than its September average.
