Zirakpur: The police have arrested a husband and wife for allegedly consuming heroin in a room at the Ramada Hotel on Sunday night.
According to information, the police entered the couple’s room and found the woman in an inebriated state. Station House Officer (SHO) Satinder Singh said that ASI Rajinder Singh, along with a PCR team, reached the spot after receiving information.
Later, duty officer ASI Sulakhan Singh also arrived at the hotel and took further action.
Police said the man identified himself as Aditya Props while the woman identified herself as Bhavna, wife of 28-year-old Aditya Prapas Mukherjee.
