DUBAI: PCB chairman and ACC president Mohsin Naqvi on Thursday said he has never apologised to the BCCI over the Asia Cup trophy controversy.
He added that if the Indian team genuinely wants the trophy, it can collect it directly from the ACC office.
India defeated Pakistan by five wickets in the final in Dubai. The post-match ceremony was delayed by 90 minutes after the Indian team refused to accept the trophy from Naqvi.
Reports from an ACC meeting earlier this week had claimed that Naqvi had apologised to the BCCI and submitted the trophy to the ACC office.
