Nitish Kumar to take oath as Chief Minister for the 10th time tomorrow

New Delhi: Nitish Kumar resigned from the post of Chief Minister and will take oath again as the CM of Bihar on Thursday for a record 10th term. The swearing-in ceremony will take place at Gandhi Maidan at 11.30 am.

Two stages have been set up for the event which will be attended by PM Modi and Chief Ministers of 11 states. Around 150 guests have been invited.

Earlier, Nitish Kumar was elected as the leader of the NDA Legislature Party in the Central Hall of the Bihar Legislature. A separate meeting was held at the BJP office in Patna where Samrat Chaudhary was elected as the leader of the legislature party.

Vijay Sinha was chosen as the deputy leader, indicating that both Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Sinha will be appointed as Deputy Chief Ministers. According to information, they are likely to take oath along with Nitish Kumar.

Before this, a meeting of the JDU legislative party was also held in which Nitish Kumar was chosen as the leader.
