NEW DELHI: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be caught for their alleged involvement in vote theft wherever they go.
Addressing an election rally in Bihar’s Kishanganj, Gandhi said that if the Modi government stopped stealing votes, the India alliance would form a “hundred per cent government” in Bihar. He accused PM Modi, Amit Shah and the Election Commission of failing to respond to allegations of vote theft, saying that people have now realised the truth.
Gandhi also attacked Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, accusing him of misleading the state’s youth and denying them employment opportunities. “The BJP and the RSS are dividing the country, while the India alliance is uniting it,” he said.
He further alleged that the BJP and the RSS want to create fear and hatred among people to gain political mileage.
“The Union Home Minister comes to Bihar and says there is no land for industries, but when it comes to Adani, all rules are broken and land is made available,” Gandhi added.
