PM Modi greets nation on Eid-ul-Fitr, wishes peace and good health

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday extended greetings to the nation on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, wishing peace, harmony and good health for all.

In a message shared on social media platform X, the prime minister said he hoped the festival would strengthen the spirit of brotherhood and compassion in society.

“Eid-ul-Fitr greetings. May this day enhance the spirit of harmony and kindness all around. May everyone be happy and healthy. Eid Mubarak,” he said.

Eid-ul-Fitr is being celebrated across India with enthusiasm, marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan. People gathered at mosques for prayers and exchanged greetings with family and friends.

The festival symbolises unity, generosity and gratitude, with communities coming together to celebrate and share joy.
