CHANDIGARH: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Tuesday announced that a world-class university will be established in the name of Guru Tegh Bahadur during the state-level event marking the 350th martyrdom anniversary of the ninth Sikh Guru at Sri Anandpur Sahib.
Mann said the proposed university would come up in Sri Anandpur Sahib to honour Guru Tegh Bahadur’s legacy and provide high-quality education. He added that the initiative aims to create an institution that will inspire future generations and strengthen the state’s educational landscape.
