New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party leader and Rajya Sabha MP from Punjab Raghav Chadha and Bollywood actor Parineeti Chopra are expecting their first child. The couple shared the news on social media with a post that read, “Our little universe… On your way, extremely blessed.”
The announcement drew congratulatory messages from celebrities, including Parineeti’s cousin and global star Priyanka Chopra, actor Sonam Kapoor and others.
Chadha and Chopra tied the knot two years ago in a private ceremony at The Leela Palace in Udaipur. Their wedding and related functions were kept low-key.
The couple revealed the news in a creative way, posting a picture of a round cake with “1+1=3” written on it, along with two small golden footprints. They also shared a video of themselves holding hands and walking in a park.
