New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday produced Shoaib, an accused in the Red Fort blast case, before Delhi’s Patiala House Court.
He was brought before Principal District and Sessions Judge Anju Bajaj Chandna around 12.50 pm after completing his initial 10-day NIA custody.
The agency requested an extension of his custodial interrogation to continue the investigation. The court accepted the request and extended Shoaib’s NIA custody for another 10 days.
The case relates to a car bomb blast near the Red Fort on November 10, which killed 15 people. The NIA is probing the wider network and possible conspirators involved in the attack.
