Moscow: Russian President Vladimir Putin’s bodyguards reportedly carried a special suitcase during his meeting with former US President Donald Trump in Alaska, according to a media report.
The suitcase, described as a “poop suitcase,” was allegedly meant to collect Putin’s feces and urine to prevent foreign agencies from obtaining information about his health.
French magazine Paris Match reported that such precautions were also taken during Putin’s visits to France and Vienna in 2017. However, the Kremlin has consistently dismissed these claims as rumours.
Speculation about Putin’s health has surfaced multiple times in the past. His leg movements during a press conference in Kazakhstan last year and his posture while meeting Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in 2023 had further fuelled such questions.
