Jalandhar: Cash worth Rs 3 crore has been seized from a well-known dhaba in Jalandhar during a raid by the Central GST Department, officials said.
According to the officials, the initial investigation indicates multiple irregularities linked to alleged tax evasion. Discrepancies have also been found in financial records examined during the operation.
The raid is currently underway by the department. No formal statement has been issued by the authorities so far.
