Mumbai: Following reports about veteran actor Dharmendra’s hospitalisation, Sunny Deol’s team has issued a statement requesting people not to spread misinformation about the actor’s health.
In the statement, the team confirmed that Dharmendra is recovering well and is under medical supervision. “He is doing fine now. We request everyone not to believe or spread false rumours. Thank you for your concern and love,” the team said.
The 89-year-old actor was admitted to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital a few days ago after experiencing difficulty in breathing. Doctors had kept him under observation, and his condition has reportedly improved since then.
Dharmendra, known as the ‘He-Man’ of Hindi cinema, has been one of Bollywood’s most beloved stars for decades. Fans have been sending prayers and wishes for his speedy recovery.
