New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Wednesday told Ashoka University professor Ali Khan Mahmudabad that while his right to free speech remains intact, he cannot post anything online related to the cases pending against him.
Mahmudabad is facing charges over alleged controversial social media posts concerning Operation Sindoor.
A bench of Justices Surya Kant and Dipankar Datta declined to modify the interim bail condition set on May 21, which bars him from writing any online post, article, or making public remarks connected to the two social media posts currently under investigation.
