Jalandhar News: Additional District Magistrate–cum–Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Amaninder Kaur has approved the application submitted by Sukhwinder Singh to surrender the licence of his firm, M/s Crystal Overseas, under the powers granted by Section 8(1) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act, 2012. The firm’s licence has now been officially cancelled/surrendered.
According to the order, the applicant had requested through his application that he no longer wished to operate under his firm’s licence. Therefore, he sought to surrender Licence No. 1145/ALC-4/LA/JAL. FN 1396. After reviewing the application and obtaining the required reports from the concerned departments, the Additional Deputy Commissioner accepted the request and issued orders to cancel/surrender the said licence.
