Punjab E News: Government Bikram College of Commerce, Patiala has once again brought laurels to the state by securing a place in the NIRF 2025 Rankings for the second consecutive year. This remarkable achievement makes it the only Government College in Punjab to feature in this prestigious category, under the able guidance of Principal Prof. (Dr.) Kusum Lata.

The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), initiated by the Ministry of Education, Government of India in 2015, evaluates higher educational institutions across the country based on standardized parameters including Teaching, Learning and Resources; Research and Professional Practices; Graduation Outcomes; Outreach and Inclusivity; and Perception.
Continuing this upward journey for the second consecutive year, the college has reinforced its commitment to academic excellence, holistic development and quality education in higher learning.
