Chandigarh: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit the flood-affected areas of Gurdaspur district on Tuesday afternoon after conducting an aerial survey of flood-hit regions in Himachal Pradesh.
The Prime Minister is scheduled to reach Gurdaspur around 4 pm, where he will interact with flood victims at the Conference Hall in Tibri Cantonment. He will later meet teams from the NDRF, SDRF and Aapda Mitra.
At 4:30 pm, PM Modi will chair a review meeting with senior officials in Gurdaspur to assess the relief and rehabilitation efforts. He is expected to leave the district by helicopter around 5:30 pm.
