Jalandhar News: Regional Passport Officer (RPO) Mr. Yashpal informed the general public that the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) located at Eminent Mall, Guru Nanak Mission Chowk, Lajpat Nagar, Jalandhar, is being shifted and merged with the already operational PSK at Saffron Tower, GT Road, Paragpur, Jalandhar. He said the move is being undertaken by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, to streamline services and improve efficiency.
The RPO advised all applicants who have booked passport appointments on or after January 14, 2026, at PSK Eminent Mall to visit PSK Saffron Tower on their scheduled date and time. Applicants whose files are on hold at Eminent Mall have also been asked to submit their pending documents at the Saffron Tower facility to avoid inconvenience.
