Punjab News: The Punjab Government has ordered the transfer and posting of IAS and PCS officers with immediate effect.
As per the orders, Akshita Gupta, IAS (2021), currently serving as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Phagwara, has been appointed Director, Information and Public Relations (IPR), in place of Vimal Kumar Setia, IAS.
Navneet Kaur Bal, PCS (2020), Additional Deputy Commissioner (General), Kapurthala, has been given additional charge as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Phagwara, in addition to her present duties, in place of Akshita Gupta.
Meanwhile, Deepankar Garg, PCS (2020), Deputy Secretary, General Administration and Coordination, and Additional Managing Director, Punjab Agro Industries Corporation Ltd., has been assigned additional charge as Deputy Secretary, Information and Public Relations.
Further, Vimal Kumar Setia, IAS (2010) has been directed to report to the Secretary, Personnel, for further posting.
