]]> Hisar: A court in Hisar, Haryana, has rejected the bail plea of YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra, who was arrested in May on suspicion of espionage. The court cited concerns that his release could obstruct the ongoing investigation.

Jyoti Malhotra, 33, ran the YouTube channel Travel with JO and is accused of spying for Pakistan. The Civil Lines police station in Hisar has registered a case against him under Section 152 of the CrPC and Sections 3, 4, and 5 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923. He remains in judicial custody.
