Judge Shailendra Kumar reprimanded the duo during the hearing, saying, “You should go to the High Court. You will not get bail here.” The court cited videos recorded before Magan’s suicide, obscene clips, call details and bank records while rejecting the bail plea.

Magan died by suicide on June 18 by hanging himself. In a video recorded before his death, Magan alleged that his wife Divya and her policeman boyfriend were harassing him. He claimed that Divya was pressuring him to kill his father and sell ancestral land, stating that her boyfriend needed money for a promotion.

A video also surfaced showing Divya dancing obscenely, which, according to Magan’s family, was sent to him before his death. The family has demanded strict action against both Divya and Deepak, holding them responsible for Magan’s suicide.
