New Delhi: A Delhi court on Friday refused to issue notices to Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and others in the National Herald money laundering case.<\/p>\n
The matter was being heard by Special Judge Vishal Gogne, who was considering a petition filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).<\/p>\n
The agency had argued that under the amended provisions of the law, a notice on a complaint\u2014equivalent to the ED\u2019s charge sheet\u2014cannot be issued without first hearing the accused.<\/p>\n
