The recommendations were made during a meeting held on May 26, chaired by Chief Justice B R Gavai.<\/p>\n<p>According to a statement, the collegium has proposed that Telangana High Court judge Justice Sujoy Pal be transferred to the Calcutta High Court.<\/p>\n<p>Justice V Kameswara Rao, who is currently serving at the Karnataka High Court, has been recommended for transfer back to the Delhi High Court.<\/p>\n<p>Two judges from the Gauhati High Court\u2014Justice Lanusungkum Jamir and Justice Manash Ranjan Pathak\u2014are proposed to be shifted to the Calcutta and Orissa High Courts respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Nitin Vasudeo Sambre of the Bombay High Court has been recommended for transfer to the Delhi High Court.<\/p>\n<p>The collegium has also advised that Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma of the Punjab and Haryana High Court be repatriated to the Rajasthan High Court.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Vivek Chaudhary of the Allahabad High Court is proposed to be transferred to the Delhi High Court.<\/p>\n<p>The collegium said the transfers are in line with its policy to promote national integration and to ensure proper representation in high courts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New Delhi: The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the transfer or repatriation of 21 high court judges across India to their respective native states.
