Chandigarh: The family and close associates of AAP MLA Raman Arora, who was arrested by the Vigilance Bureau on corruption charges, are now also under investigation.<\/p>\n
A lookout notice has been issued against Arora’s son Rajan Arora, associate Kurdam Raju Madan, and close aide Mahesh Makhija.<\/p>\n
According to officials, Rajan Arora allegedly facilitated public dealings on behalf of his father, while Kurdam and Mahesh were actively involved in supporting the operations.<\/p>\n
The Vigilance Bureau claimed to have recovered substantial evidence pointing to their involvement, prompting raids to track down and arrest the three.<\/p>\n
In connection with the same case, ATP Sukhdev Vashisht, earlier arrested on corruption charges, was sent to 14-day judicial custody on Sunday.<\/p>\n
During the investigation, officials uncovered multiple layers of the alleged corruption network, eventually leading to MLA Raman Arora\u2019s arrest.<\/p>\n
