Washington: US President Donald Trump has once again claimed that a ceasefire has come into effect in the ongoing conflict between Iran and Israel. Posting on his social media platform, Truth Social, Trump wrote: \u201cCeasefire comes into force from now on. Please don’t break it.\u201d<\/p>\n
However, despite Trump\u2019s announcement, Iran has launched six ballistic missile attacks on Israel since the statement was made.<\/p>\n
According to a report by the Times of Israel, one of the missiles struck a building in the southern city of Beersheba. Medical teams confirmed that four people were killed and over 20 others were injured in the attack.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has dismissed claims of a ceasefire agreement. Speaking to reporters, he said, \u201cNo final ceasefire agreement has been reached with Israel yet. If Israel stops attacks, Iran will not attack either.\u201d<\/p>\n
