A summer camp set up along a canal was inundated by the rising waters, leaving 27 girls missing. Around 750 girls were reported to be at the camp when the floods struck.<\/p>\n
Officials said the river level rose by 26 feet in just 45 minutes as heavy rain lashed the area, catching many residents off guard.<\/p>\n
