According to sources, central agencies are in touch with US authorities regarding his extradition. Pasia, associated with Babbar Khalsa International (BKI), was arrested in the United States on April 17 this year.<\/p>\n<p>Sources said the Punjab Police is coordinating with US agencies to bring Pasia back to India. He is currently in the custody of US agencies in Sacramento, California.<\/p>\n<p>Pasia and another BKI member, Gurpreet alias Gopi, had claimed responsibility on social media for the grenade attack on Ghaniye Ke Bangar police station in Batala in December last year.<\/p>\n<p>The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a charge sheet against seven BKI terrorists, including Pasia, under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and the Explosive Substances Act for their alleged role in planning and executing the attack.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New Delhi: Central agencies have stepped up efforts to bring Khalistani terrorist Harpreet Singh, alias Happy Pasia, to India.
