The deceased has been identified as Rishi Lohan, a resident of Rajpura Bhain in Jind, who had 12 cases registered against him, including charges of murder, extortion, kidnapping, and under the Arms Act.<\/p>\n
He died on the spot after the attackers, who arrived on two motorcycles, opened fire with more than 15 rounds.<\/p>\n
The injured youth, identified as Manish from the same village and said to be a kabaddi player, is undergoing treatment at Rohtak PGI.<\/p>\n
