Seraikela-Kharsawan: A 29-year-old woman killed her husband in Jharkhand’s Seraikela-Kharsawan district after he allegedly had an illicit relationship with another woman, police said on Monday.<\/p>\n
Superintendent of Police Mukesh Kumar Lunayat said the accused, Pooja Kumari, attacked her husband, Rajesh Kumar Mahatha, with a hammer while he was asleep on the intervening night of July 15-16.<\/p>\n
After committing the crime, Pooja locked the door and fled with her children, Lunayat said. A special police team led by Sub-Divisional Police Officer (Seraikela) Sameer Sawaiya was formed to trace the accused after the body was found on Sunday.<\/p>\n
