New Delhi: Congress leader and Lok Sabha MP Priyanka Gandhi launched a sharp attack on the ruling party in the Lok Sabha over the recent Pahalgam terror attack, raising questions on intelligence failure and lack of security arrangements.<\/p>\n
Participating in a special discussion on Operation Sindoor, Gandhi accused the government of evading accountability. \u201cPeople of the ruling party spoke on various aspects but did not answer why and how the Pahalgam terror attack took place,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
Highlighting the security lapse, she questioned, \u201cDidn\u2019t the government know that thousands of tourists visit the Baisaran valley? Why was there no security? Why were they left to God\u2019s trust?\u201d<\/p>\n
