The government is studying its effects,\u201d it said.<\/p>\n<p>The Centre added that India and the US have been engaged in negotiations for a \u201cfair, balanced and mutually beneficial\u201d bilateral trade agreement over the past few months.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are committed to this cause.
