Himmatpura sarpanch Badal Singh Dhaliwal confirmed receiving the memorandum. He said the youths had approached him about two months ago, expressing their intention to submit their demands in writing. \u201cI don\u2019t know how this memorandum went viral after two months,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
In the letter, the bachelors expressed frustration over not finding life partners and alleged they were being mocked as \u201cchhada\u201d (unmarried).<\/p>\n
