He emphasized that the need of the hour is to ensure the optimal utilization of taxpayers\u2019 money, for which public scrutiny is crucial. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that village-level monitoring committees will be formed to oversee development works and ensure their smooth and transparent execution.<\/p>\n<p>The Chief Minister stated that these committees will include members of youth clubs along with other elected village representatives. He envisioned these committees as watchdogs to ensure the proper execution of these projects at the local level. Bhagwant Singh Mann further said that these committees will be responsible for flawless execution of these projects to benefit the common man.<\/p>\n<p>Reiterating the state government\u2019s commitment to the holistic development of Punjab with active public participation, especially that of the youth, the Chief Minister urged youth clubs to play a vital role in promoting sports at the village level. He assured full support from the state government for such initiatives.
