Ludhiana: A video of a woman kidnapping a child from the railway station in Punjab\u2019s Ludhiana has gone viral. CCTV footage showed the woman, dressed in a black suit, carrying the child in her lap.<\/p>\n
According to reports, the incident took place on September 16 at around 2.15 am. The woman, accompanied by a male accomplice, had entered the railway station earlier at around 11 pm and was seen loitering near the booking window.<\/p>\n
