This reflects our commitment to efficiency, accountability towards citizens .<\/p>\n<p>Mayor Rampal Uppal termed the launch a milestone in the city\u2019s governance journey. He says that \u201cThis initiative empowers citizens to voice their concerns directly and ensures that every grievance is addressed swiftly.
