Punjab E News:<\/span> Punjab Government has achieved a remarkable feat in the world of business and investment! Honorable Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann revamped the FastTrack Punjab Portal on May 29, 2025, and launched it with great fanfare on June 10. This digital platform is eliminating old bureaucratic hurdles and making Punjab the fastest and easiest state to start a new business. Through the Punjab Industrial Revolution, this initiative is winning investors\u2019 confidence, creating jobs for youth, and showing Punjab a new path to prosperity.<\/p>\n

\"CM<\/p>\n

Starting a new business used to be difficult. Papers would shuffle back and forth, taking months. But now Punjab has done something extraordinary! In February 2025, 8,075 applications were pending beyond their timeline, which has now been reduced to just 283 \u2013 an impressive 96% reduction! At the district level, 833 cases were pending, now only 17 remain \u2013 a 98% clearance. Most remarkably, 166 cases at the state level have been completely cleared \u2013 100% completion! Invest Punjab\u2019s new report and newspapers have lauded these figures. These aren\u2019t just numbers, but stories of thousands of investors\u2019 dreams coming true.<\/p>\n

At [www.fasttrack.punjab.gov.in](http:\/\/www.fasttrack.punjab.gov.in), this portal is an investor\u2019s best friend. Over 20 departments including land, environment, fire safety, and forest clearances are now in one place! Just one form, one stamp paper, and everything gets done easily. Under the Punjab Right to Business Act, 2025, all approvals are granted within 45 days. For projects in industrial parks, initial approval comes in 5 days, and 15-18 days for others, based solely on self-declaration. The Revenue Department has launched India\u2019s first online CRO service, providing online certificates for land validity. Out of 134 applications, 78 (50%) have been approved, with work progressing on the rest.<\/p>\n

This portal is so intelligent that delays simply cannot happen. If any department doesn\u2019t respond on time, the application is automatically approved! Smart technology catches errors immediately. Old, redundant applications are removed. If an application is rejected, there\u2019s a recourse to an appellate board. SMS and email notifications keep you updated constantly. In the last four months, 87% of 17,006 service applications and 81% of 4,884 license applications were processed on time. Out of 112 total applications, 85 (76%) were approved, including 7 that were auto-approved.<\/p>\n

From April to September 2025, 1,295 project applications were received, bringing investments worth \u20b929,480 crores and creating 67,672 jobs. Since March 2022, 7,414 projects have secured investments of \u20b91.29 lakh crores and confirmed 4.6 lakh jobs. The portal has attracted projects worth \u20b921,700 crores, representing a 167% increase from 2024 and 110% from 2023. Applications reached 950, showing a 76% growth. 260 industrial plots have been sold, and \u20b9300 crores have been invested in upgrading 52 industrial areas. From April 2025, \u20b9150 crores in subsidies have been distributed, clearing pending dues from previous governments. A mega industrial hub worth \u20b97,300 crores is also underway.<\/p>\n

Punjab has climbed five positions in the Ease of Doing Business ranking, competing with major states. Investors say, \u201cWhat used to take months now takes just days!\u201d On @invest_punjab, people are calling it \u201ceasy and transparent.\u201d Aam Aadmi Party leader Shri Arvind Kejriwal called it \u201cthe country\u2019s biggest business reform\u201d and said, \u201cPunjab is now free from corruption. Investors are returning.\u201d<\/p>\n
