Eyewitnesses said that around 9:45 pm, they noticed thick smoke and a strong smell of burning rubber. Moments later, flames were seen shooting high into the air. The exact cause of the fire is yet to be determined, but locals claimed that tyres belonging to the factory were stored at the site.
