LUDHIANA: A 23-year-old kabaddi player was shot dead by unidentified assailants in Jagraon on Friday.<\/p>\n
The victim, identified as Tejpal Singh, a resident of Gidderwindi village, sustained a bullet injury to his chest and was declared dead upon being taken to the hospital.<\/p>\n
The incident took place on Hari Singh Road, just a short distance from the SSP office. According to preliminary information, the attackers arrived in a car, rammed Tejpal\u2019s vehicle, and then opened fire in public before fleeing the spot.<\/p>\n
