Amritsar: Akal Takht Acting Jathedar Giani Kuldeep Singh Garhgaj paid tribute to the martyrs of the November 1984 Sikh genocide, saying that Sikhs have yet to receive justice for the massacre.<\/p>\n
He said that most of the perpetrators of the violence have not been caught, while many prominent political leaders continue to remain free. \u201cThis phenomenon is a black spot on the forehead of so-called democratic India,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Giani Kuldeep Singh added that when it comes to providing justice to minorities, especially Sikhs, the attitude of government machinery becomes discriminatory. \u201cSikhs must understand that when it comes to the Sikh genocide, the majority of political parties stand against us,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
