The decision was taken after a high-level meeting chaired by Union Home Minister Amit Shah.<\/p>\n<p>The Centre also reviewed the ongoing investigation into the November 10 blast near Delhi\u2019s Red Fort, which killed 13 people and injured several others. Following the development, the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) has suspended the membership of Al Falah University after its name surfaced in the blast case.<\/p>\n<p>According to intelligence agencies, a major terror conspiracy has been uncovered, linking the university to the deadly car blast. Sources said the suspects had planned to prepare around 32 vehicles loaded with explosives to carry out simultaneous attacks at multiple locations.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators revealed that work had already begun to modify an i20 and an EcoSport for use in the planned explosions.
