The firm\u2019s licence has now been officially cancelled\/surrendered.<\/p>\n<p>According to the order, the applicant had requested through his application that he no longer wished to operate under his firm&#8217;s licence. Therefore, he sought to surrender Licence No. 1145\/ALC-4\/LA\/JAL. FN 1396.
