He had made the same request on November 14 during the first summons.<\/p>\n<p>However, the ED rejected Ambani&#8217;s offer and issued a fresh summons for Monday. It remains unclear whether the agency will issue a third notice.<\/p>\n<p>A spokesperson for the 66-year-old businessman said in a statement that Anil Ambani has offered to be available for recording his statement on any date and time convenient for the ED through virtual appearance or recorded video.<\/p>\n<p>According to sources, the probe agency had earlier directed Ambani to appear in person on Friday to record his statement under FEMA.
