AAP state president and cabinet minister Aman Arora criticised the Prime Minister, alleging that his absence reflected \u201chatred towards Punjab and Sikhs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Arora said the Prime Minister should have been present at the historic occasion. He claimed that the absence showed a lack of respect for Punjab\u2019s sentiments.<\/p>\n<p>Responding to the remarks, BJP state president Sunil Jakhar countered that PM Modi has deep faith in Sikh gurus and tradition. \u201cPrime Minister Narendra Modi believes in Sikh gurus and tradition. He does not need a certificate from anyone,\u201d Jakhar said.
