He added that the situation is likely to return to normal between December 10 and 15.<\/p>\n<p>In a video message, Albers apologised to passengers for the inconvenience caused over the past few days. \u201cRegrettably, the initial measures of the last few days did not prove to be enough. So we decided to reboot all our systems and schedules today, which resulted in the highest-ever flight cancellation but was necessary for progressive reforms starting tomorrow,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Albers added that improved clarity from aviation regulator DGCA regarding the Flight Duty Time Limitations (FDTL) was helping the airline stabilise operations.
