Mandhana issued a public statement on social media after rumours about her private life intensified over the past month. The star batter appealed to fans and the media to respect the privacy of both families.<\/p>\n
\u201cI need to make it clear that the marriage has been annulled. I want to end this matter here and request all of you to do the same,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
Mandhana and Muchhal were initially scheduled to get married on November 23, but the ceremony was postponed after her father, Srinivas Mandhana, was admitted to hospital with a heart ailment.<\/p>\n
