He was today convicted by Mohali court and sentenced to 4 years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 20000\/- .<\/p>\n<p>Disclosing this here today, an official spokesperson of Vigilance Bureau said that accused HC Sukhwinder Singh had demanded a bribe of Rs. 10000\/- from the complainant to help him in granting bail.<\/p>\n<p>The above said matter was reported by the complainant to the Vigilance Department. Bribe of Rs.3000\/- was given to the accused HC Sukhwinder Singh and his conversation was also recorded.
