The certificate, issued in the name of Navneet Kaur, was dated 2001 and was submitted for scrutiny to the PSEB.<\/p>\n<p>During verification, the board found that while the name and address mentioned on the certificate matched records from Ferozepur, the candidate had not passed the examination. However, the certificate falsely showed a passing score of 293 marks.<\/p>\n<p>Officials confirmed that the certificate had not been issued by the board and was therefore fake. Following this, the PSEB has blacklisted the woman in its records.
