The plea is scheduled to be heard on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, Bhullar had approached the Supreme Court seeking interim relief. However, on December 19, the apex court refused to entertain his plea. Following this, Bhullar\u2019s counsel withdrew the petition. Bhullar had moved the Supreme Court after the Punjab and Haryana High Court denied him interim relief.<\/p>\n<p>During the hearing in the High Court, Bhullar\u2019s counsel Vikram Chaudhary opposed the order rejecting interim relief. He argued that after a prolonged hearing, the High Court refused relief on the ground that the interim relief sought was equivalent to final relief.<\/p>\n<p>Chaudhary also said that the High Court did not provide any reasons in its order.
